Cornerstone Financial Group has an internal group of individuals who focus on recruiting, mentoring and developing women, creating diversity in our sales force and better serving our community.  CFG strives to form alliances with small business owners to bring advanced planning strategies that will in turn maximize profits for their businesses.  Through these alliances they hope to educate widows and divorcees and provide financial services at a time in their lives when financial well-being is critical.

CFG is dedicated to developing dynamic strategies for the multicultural market.  Building the best sales force that can access diverse ethnic communities, utilize the strategies to provide the best service that  will benefit  our customers, while achieving their personal financial goals,  is our goal.  CFG will recruit and develop qualified professionals from diverse ethnic groups and strives to gain knowledge of the various cultural values, beliefs and practices.
